Legendary movie director, Sri Singeetam Srinivasa Rao entrusted us to build a full sized Stealth Aircraft, A few miniature Airbus A320's, Some dummy weapons and a couple of Airforce pilot costumes.
The team in the first picture are , Bhupesh R Bhupathi, Shubhodeep Das, Giridhar Katta, Rajib Ghosh, Kondal Rao, Sushanth Jena, Rajkumar Sharma and Meville Rodrigues. The other four members of the team are Sandeep Sangaru, Prayaag Rai Saxeena, Ketan Mehta and Indrakanti Anjaiah. Young Rana joined us along the journey. Humble beginnings.... 2000
Following set of pictures show the process of making a miniature Airbus A320. Those where the days on pure hand crafting skill, there were no CNC 3d routers or 3D printing machines. Everything was don't by hand. This was the BEST miniatures team in India at that time. All Models start from a study model, Here we see Sushanth Jena and Giridhar Katta discussing the process. Sandeep Sangaru and Shubhodeep das did all the technical drawings and plotter drawings. Rajkumar Sharma and Ketan Mehta were the electronics genius in our team, they did all the electronics for the models. Lights, flashes, rotating jet turbine fans and also the rigging of the Model amidst a blue screen studio. In the final pictures towards the end we see a huge hydraulic rig platform for a Full size Airbus A320 economy cabin simulator. That was an amazing learning experience for us.
